Description
I began sometime in the early 1980’s doing a “flyway” series of hand carved and painted duck and goose calls. A concept of a mini collection of carved duck and carved goose calls that would contain specific ducks and geese that migrate down one of the four major migratory flyways. This collection of carved and painted waterfowl calls pictured here is a stunning result of that concept. It pays a great tribute to the largest flyway of all, the Mississippi. The vast Mississippi flyway has numerous species and many incidental species of wildfowl that follow this route annually. Pictured in a gorgeous display of hand carved and painted waterfowl calls, both duck and goose, you see some of its most common seasoned travelers.
