In 1980, I was approached by a local ducks unlimited chapter about doing a special project for them. A hand carved and hand painted walnut duck call by me, no really, they wanted me! Well it had to go through so many channels at that time we never could completely work it out. That changed in the 1990’s though, but that is another story. This call again has my favorite flying mallard ducks on it, flying with the wind, the design has become a classic for me over the years! An engraved band with the fine conservation organization’s name on it adorning the duck call perfectly with this added touch! So many great and exciting memories with this duck call!
